Went to D'Ambrosia country dodge in oxford for a lease buyout. Called and made an appointment. We explained our situation and was told to come in drove there, and he almost immediately told us we have to go to the downingtown D'Ambrosia and that they have to help us. A bad service they never did my oil change and I go to customer service, they just told me they did an oil change.
I was greeted by Jeff at the dealership after my 3 hour ride. The truck was just as described, even better, they installed wheel well guards as no extra charge. All the paperwork was ready and I was able to get a 5 year warranty thrown in for the same price I was quoted. Very highly recommended. I'm beyond satisfied!!!

Filled out a credit application, said they didn't run it AFTER I got the alert that there was a new inquiry. Had 3 people call me so they don't communicate. I have waited for over a week for a response to if I could be approved AFTER sending all my trade in information in and getting a quote.

The worst service ever had appointment on a Monday go there no loaner car available reschedule drop off 2 cars for warranty work and a oil change got a call that it was done go back to pick up and what do you know oil change wasn't done and they couldn't do that day UNBELIEVABLE like I have the time to waste going back and forth!!! Worst experience in buying a car. They tried to push a used car on me even though I wanted a specific new car. They offered me $4000 less than the dealer I purchased from for a trade-in. They stated they sent a financing request to my credit union, however there was no record of it. They wanted to use another lender with a MUCH higher interest rate. Most importantly, they were extremely patronizing to me. Since I am an older woman, I guess they thought I would just believe what they said. Buyer beware.
Offered over MSRP but because they did not think it was "enough" over MRSP they wouldn't even work up the numbers for me. Huge waste of time and effort and I had nothing but attitude from my salesperson. Never going back and I recommend you go elsewhere! I will be purchasing my SIXTH JEEP WRANGLER elsewhere...
Worst dealership experience. I work for a subsidiary of FCA Group (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) and the salesman told me they would not honor my employee pricing. This is not negotiable. I have never had an issue before. I will never step back in that dealership again. How can a dealership state that they will not honor employee pricing from a manufacturer that they have a contract with to sell their products??? Take your business to dealership who does business the right way.

Well Jeff, you just lost another customer. I made my service appointment including a rental car for today. When I arrived at the dealer at 8am after my 30 minute drive, they informed me that they did not have a rental for me. The service dept. blew our truck tire when pulling onto a lift. They replaced our tire without verbal or written consent. I noticed it was a different tire because it had different lettering than the others. Beware of this dealer. They placed a car on their website, set up a time to meet due to COVID, then....ha! You better call ahead of time to make sure the car is still there, otherwise you will be wasting your time. Possibly a bait and switch, and the excuse was "the car went to the wholesaler". Old school tricks, but during the pandemic, don't play the games anymore.

On Dec 23, 2020 I purchased a preowned vehicle and over the next few days I noticed a crunchy noise coming from the rear wheels and front wheels when I would go over various bumps or various incline and declines. This noise was not there when you were driving on smooth roads.

Excellent except for the time it took from start to finish was nearly 4 hours. This was unsatisfactory since I had completed the pre-approval process to supposedly save time.
This dealership was the best Ram dealer by far. I’ve visited about 10 in the area and this was the nicest and most professional of all. Im happy with the deal and the process was efficient and low pressure. Truck was fully gassed, super clean, and came with 2 keyfobs - I didnt have to ask for any of this.
